Instant Quote and Work Order Request

This is a relatively simple form to use. Just fill the inputs with correct information to get an accurate quote.

  1. Enter the zip code and the total number of stair steps (enter 0 for none) at the pick up location.
  2. Enter the zip code and the total number of stair steps (enter 0 for none)at the delivery location.
  3. The "Update Instant Quote" button will work from this point forward to calculate and display your current rate each time you click it.
  4. If you have 2nd or 3rd pick up / delivery addresses be sure to fill in the inputs for those.
  5. Read "The Blanketing Helper Discount Program" section and fill in the boxes if you decide to participate.
  6. In the "Items To Be Moved" section, click a room button to open and close viewing for that room. Work through the rooms entering the quantity for each item you want moved. Be sure to visit all the rooms.
  7. After completing all the above sections you can click the "Update Instant Quote" button to see the total cost of your move with the information you entered.
  8. If you decide to submit a work order request, you'll need to be a registered user. Click the "Register" button on the navigation bar and follow the instructions. Once registered be sure to login. Your name will appear on the navigation bar along with a new button to access your account after you're logged in. You'll be able to use the "Submit Request" button to proceed to the next step. Please contact us if you require further assistance.

NOTE: Quoted prices include a vehicle charge for one moving vehicle only. If multiple vehicles are required there will be an additional vehicle charge not reflected in prices quoted here. If you need more than one moving vehicle contact us for more information.

Looking for a Not to Exceed Flat Rate? Our one-of-a-kind Instant Quote and work order request form allows you to customize your move to fit your budget. Only registered users, who are currently logged in, can submit a work order request, but anyone can use this Instant Quote form to see what their Not to Exceed Flat Rate Move will cost. Registered users can login at anytime to access their account.

ABOUT STAIRS

Stairs include any step UP or step DOWN we encounter from the parking location of our moving vehicle to each items current placement.

This can be a raised porch, a door threshold, flights of stairs and any other step up or step down inside or outside your home. Count each individual stair step and put a total number in the box. A flight of stairs does NOT count as "1". You must count each individual step.

2 story homes, on average, have about half the furniture upstairs and half downstairs. Count each stair step and divide the total by 2. Add any other stair steps inside or outside your home to this number and enter it in the box.

If you live in a second or third floor (or higher) apartment or condo you'll need to count all the individual stair steps leading to your front door. Include any interior stair steps also and enter a total number in the box. If an elevator, that allows freight, is available for movers to use you can "check" the box for that instead but if there are stair steps outside leading to the elevator you must count and add those along with any that may be inside your unit.

Optional - The Blanketing Helper Discount Program

This is an optional program to give you a discount on your Flat Rate Not To Exceed Quote. Customer provides up to 3 of their adult friends or family members to help us put moving blankets on the furniture at Pick Up and to remove and fold them at Delivery. We will deduct 2%, per helper, per Pick Up and per Delivery, off all of your item charges. Enter the number of helpers in the boxes for Pick Up and Delivery. Click the "Update Instant Quote" button to see an instant price reduction! The maximum discount available with this program, with maximum participation, is 12% off the total of your "Items To Be Moved" charges.

To qualify, helpers must be:

  • Available at all times during the Pick Up and / or Delivery.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Physically fit and free of health related issues.
